In order to arrange the requested special assistance services at the airports of departure and arrival‚ we strongly recommend you to make your booking with customer services at least 48 hours before the scheduled departure of the flight. Because Air Antwerp is not in control of the special assistance provisions at the airport‚ it can not guarantee availability of the required services. The sooner your reservation is confirmed‚ the better Air Antwerp can make arrangements for proper services at the airport.
On the day of your flight‚ you are kindly requested to announce yourself at the Air Antwerp check-in desk as early as possible and not later than 1 hour before your flight's scheduled departure.
If you wish to take your own wheelchair with you on an Air Antwerp flight‚ this is possible under the condition that the chair's weight (without the passenger) does not exceed 60 kilograms and that its batteries (if any) comply with Air Antwerps regulations on the transport of dangerous goods.
